Configure earned leaves
Frappe HR allows you to configure earned leave - i.e. leave "earned" by employees after working in the company for a certain period. Based on your settings, earned leave is allocated to the employee on a pro rata basis for the specified period. You can also configure the rounding of leave allocated for partial benefits and choose the accrual day of the month - the first, last day or the employee's joining day.
