Our support team is made up of highly skilled experts in software, computer engineering, and accounting systems deployment, helping you maintain maximum efficiency, profitability, and service availability.

Technical Support Cost:
We offer free technical support to OptiBizPro Cloud clients during the subscription, and completely free technical support for local deployment during the first year of deployment. After the first year of local deployment, only clients who have not renewed their annual maintenance contract will be charged for technical support services.
Technical Support Visits:
Upon the client's request, one of OptiBizPro' experts can visit the client's premises to examine the current systems. After evaluating the existing system, our expert takes the needed action, offers technical instructions to users, listens to the client's needs and expectations, and submits a report about the details of the visit to the higher management.
